Everybody knows that Image Navigation’s IGI V:4 system is the fastest, most accurate and safest Image Navigation system for use in the placement of dental implants.

IGI V:4 features our proprietary TRAX™ technology which has been designed specifically for the demands of modern dental implant surgery.

Zero Lag

The handpiece tracking on our screen exactly mirrors the surgeon’s handpiece in real time so the surgeon doesn’t accidently drill incorrectly or too deep, which could harm the patient.

Other systems have significant onscreen lag which means, for instance, a surgeon could drill through the inferior alveolar nerve before the screen image catches up and permanently paralyze part of the patient’s face.

Widest Field of View

Our camera tracks the surgeons handpiece in virtually any position the surgeon can imagine. This ensures that the image on the screen is always there and always accurate.

Other systems lose track of the surgeon’s handpiece in certain positions thereby losing track of where the drill is in the middle of a surgery. This is not only frustrating to the surgeon, but potentially dangerous for the patients.

Seamless Fluency

– With our Active LED technology, the image on the screen tracks seamlessly with no skipping or any rubber-band effect.

Other systems use an antiquated Passive LED technology that causes skipping and bouncing on the screen during surgery. This makes it not only frustrating for the surgeon, but also potentially dangerous for the patient.

Better Ergonomics

The IGI system has been designed with ergonomics in mind. Balanced, light and simple to use.

Other systems can be cumbersome and clunky to use which can distract the surgeon form completely focusing on the patient.

IGI Version 5.0 Coming Soon!

Advances in technology have allowed us to bring the cost down while still maintaining extremely high accuracy. We have designed a new hardware infrastructure which has already been implemented on our DentSim V:5. Smaller, lighter, faster and even more ergonomic.

We will be debuting IGI version 5.0 at the AAOMS Dental implant Conference in Chicago in December 2017. Meanwhile, get a peek at our new technology at our IDS booth.
